Summer Wine, Beer & Spirits Walk Was A Success!

By Bothell, Chamber News, Community Events, Events, Uncategorized

Downtown Bothell enjoyed another fun community day in the sun at the 2019 Summer Wine, Beer & Spirits Walk!

Over 500 attendees came out to sip, shop, and stroll wearing their tropical beach shirts, grass skirts and leis all in the spirit of the Summer tropical beach theme!

Attendees enjoyed exploring 19 welcoming shops and restaurants that hosted 24 different wineries, breweries, distilleries and cideries for tastings.

Many of the shops had outdoor seating (the weather was perfect) and offered food from places such as Poquitos, Carnivorous BBQ, Chick-fil-A, and local delis.  There was even a gourmet popcorn bar from Sweet Buffet Lady!

Live musicians entertained at two of the businesses, there were several fun photo booth opportunities, and lots of door prizes!

Thank you to all who attended, our shops and restaurants that hosted, vendors that poured, volunteers who worked, and a very special thank you to our sponsors:  University of Washington Bothell and The Lodge at Saint Edward Park!

Enjoy these fun photos and mark your calendars for our Holiday Wine, Beer & Spirits Walk on December 14!  Tip: You’ll need your crazy holiday sweaters and blinking antlers!  See YOU there!

2019 Bothell Block Party & BrewFest Photos & Fun!

By Bothell, Chamber News, Events, Uncategorized

Thousands of event goers descended upon downtown Bothell this Saturday to bask in the gorgeous Spring sunshine, savor tasty brews and ciders, and rock out to some of Seattle’s hottest bands at the 2019 Bothell Block Party & BrewFest!

People enjoyed choosing tastings from 30 different breweries, cideries and wineries, and getting their fill of lip-smacking good food at the many food trucks whose delicious aroma permeated the air.

There was something for everyone to do while the bands played including beer pong, putting golf, and large scale Jenga-like games. VIP guests relaxed in the covered VIP Lounge with leather couches and specialty cocktails, and music lovers danced their way to the two stages.

We loved meeting people of all types and ages from 21- to 85-year olds including bachelorette partiers, first daters, fans of the bands, company groups, solo rollers, and good friends gathering for a fun party.

We want to thank all of you who attended, all the vendors, bands and food trucks, all the sponsors, and of course all the staff and volunteers who worked so hard to bring this event to life.

Special thank you’s to Marketplace Sotheby’s International Realty for sponsoring the VIP Experience, to Bothell City Hall for the use of their plaza, and to the First & Main Design Market and the Bothell Police Department for generously donating the use of their parking lots.
